This luxury south facing home , includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps up to ten people. Mission Park is a small, peaceful, gated community which is ideally situated 10 minutes from Orlando's attractions.
 
Lounge / Kitchen
 
Large open-plan lounge and dining area which has been very tastefully furnished in typical Floridian style with Queen sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs, fully fitted kitchen including large ice-making fridge, electric range cooker, microwave, dish washer and all utensils and a TV, Dvd and Playstation for those relaxing days. A seperate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer.
 
Games Room
 
The garage has a large, new 8ft x 4ft Pool table and has been set-up professionally for all you budding experts, there is also table football for hours of fun.
 
Bedrooms
 
There are 2 master bedrooms with Queen beds, both ensuite. One featuring a walk-in shower, the other has bath, shower and his and hers wash basins. Both have a large TV and look out onto the pool.
 
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two single beds in each and share a third bathroom which contains a bath, shower and vanity basin, with equally luxurious fittings. All have hair dryers.
 
Pool Area
 
The oversize pool is 28ft x 14ft and is perfect for those relaxing days between the theme parks. It is fully enclosed in an alluminium frame with mesh screen which keeps out the bugs but allows the sunshine through. There is luxury pool furniture and plenty of deck area.
 
The pool can be lit at night and pool heating is optional.
 
Safety
 
The patio door leading to the pool is alarmed for the little ones and there is also a full safety fence ensuring their well-being and your peace of mind.
 
Important notice: For those who have never experienced the wonderful Florida sunshine, a south facing pool area is a must, especially if you are holidaying during the winter months (Oct - Apr). A south facing pool ensures you have sunshine on the deck area all day long!
